God is kind but He is also just, righteous, and holy. It is impossible for Him to abide with wickedness. He has made a way for all to come unto Him through His son, Jesus. But His Word is clear in that those who rejects Christ are eternally separated from God.
Psalms 9:17
- The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
2 Thessalonians 1:8
- in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
2 Thessalonians 1:9
- They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might.
Revelation 20:10
- and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
